Track Club

Every Tuesday evening at 7-8pm @ MOE Evans Road Stadium

Suitable for all levels of runners.

Track club is designed for the runner or field sport athlete who is looking to add that little bit extra to their training.

As well as the new runner, looking to get started with some structure coaching.

Led by running strength & conditioning Coach Jamie Roberts.

You will cover fun and different aspects of running, skill development & physical preparation to develop your running ability
