  1. Your own coach

You will be matched with a coach who has the specialised skill set for your sport, our elite strength and conditioning coaches will use their knowledge to develop a robust performance plan for you. They will individualise and monitor your program every week. 

2. Performance Testing

When you join we will take you through a consult & testing battery using cutting edge sports science technology and equipment. Based on these results a program will be developed for you. Using the data you generate we will be able to monitor and update your program so that it best works for you.

3. Sports focused

Get ready to unlock a new level of strength and power transferrable to your sport. Your regular interaction with a coach allows you to learn and constantly get feedback on your training and performance process, whether you need help managing your sports training load, warm ups or increase your professionalism.

4. Recovery

You should recover as hard as you train! Enhance your recovery so you can feel great, even when training or competing hard.

Fatigue is the number 1 predictor of injury. Utilise our recovery system so you can bounce back and perform, week in, week out.

FAQ’s

Program

  • No. You will follow your own individualised program, written by your coach, alongside other athletes following their own program.

  • Every 12 weeks you will undergo some performance testing. This is the best way to help measure your progress and development.

  • The ADM is only for competitive athletes based in Singapore. If you’re not competing in a sport, we have different training options available.

  • Our athletes will have access to our weekly speed & endurance track club. Ideal for any field sport or endurance athletes.

  • Yes. All our ADM sessions will have coaches present. We ensure a high contact time with some of the best coaches in Singapore.

  • You will be assigned a coach depending on your sport and needs. The coach who writes your program may not always be the one coaching when you’re in the gym. All of our coaches come from high performance sports backgrounds.

  • Yes. You can use the recovery room 1x time in every 4 week block. We also include a discount on sports massage for our ADM members.

  • All our programming is done on the Teambuildr app which you’ll have full access to inside & outside the gym.

  • Your own personal strength and conditioning coach

  • The ADM is only available to athletes aged 16 years or older. Please inquire for other options available to youth athletes.

Memberships

  • The minimum sign up is 24 weeks. In sports lasting results aren’t achieved in a short amount of time. Working through at least 3 different phases of your program will take 24 weeks.

  • If you’re an high level athlete and you aren’t in town for an extended duration you may have scheduling issues, contact us and we can see if we can help on a case by case basis.

  • Yes. Book in via MindBody online app. Each of our classes has a capacity limit to ensure a high level of service and quality training environment. The booking system is first come first serve.

Pricing

  • The ADM is $112.5 per week, that’s only $16 per day

    The membership is billed $450 every 4 weeks, we bill every 4 weeks because this is how the program is written.

  • Sure! 10% discount for anyone who pre pays for 52 weeks in advance.

  • Yes, you can pause for 2x times for 2 weeks in any 24 week block.
